What is the Wheel of
Life?
The Wheel of Life
is an ancient wisdom that has the ability to guide you to a
richer experience of life in today’s world. The Wheel has been
found in all cultures across the world and represents the
balance of all things and the eternal cycle of life.
It expresses the truth that your life is always in flux and
moving in cycles. For example, you will go from sad to happy,
from fear to peace, and from poor to rich. Whatever stage you
are at is all part of the cycle of life that contributes to
your growth and evolution as a person.
The Creation of
Boundaries
No matter how educated or “successful” we are we still create
reasons why we can’t be do or achieve certain
results. Armed with
belief we can do it, we can change the trend, we can leave a
benefit for our children and we can stop the self destruction
that is prevalent in society and families
today.

in different forums, have told people for years that there is
not an obesity crisis. The crisis
is when people open their mouth too much, put the wrong
ingredients in and then over indulge with their remote control
on the couch – that is an epidemic.
